Niccole Cuilla

Hi there! I’m Niccole Cuilla, a lifelong Sacramento native and proud graduate of C.K. McClatchy High School and Sacramento State University. After 20 years of living in Elk Grove/Laguna, my family and I decided to embrace country living in 2022. We now call El Dorado County home, enjoying life on 2+ acres in Logtown, U.S.A., near Placerville. It’s the perfect spot to soak in nature with my husband, son, and our two dogs—a spirited Labrador puppy and a sweet Pug.

Before diving into real estate, I spent over 18 years in government service, conducting home visits and investigations across Sacramento, Solano, Placer, El Dorado, and Yolo Counties. That time gave me a unique perspective on the diverse neighborhoods and amenities in the region. It also sharpened my attention to detail, helping me notice things others might overlook—an invaluable skill I now bring to my clients.
